WHAT IS TESS?
TISSUE ELEVATION SUPENSION SYSTEM
This innovation comes from the mesh. Specially designed mesh induces significant tissue ingrowth of the surrounding tissues through its pores, increasing the volumetric tensile strength 80 times stronger to enable the most effective, safe and long-lasting effect.
TESS™ TECHNOLOGY
The upward vector has been used for all kinds of lifting procedures, but perpendicular vector of adhesion is more important for proper lifting. The pressure on the cogs gets dispersed to the mesh that surrounds the entire central thread. Cogs act as an assistant, so that the tissue adhesion through the mesh happens quickly after the procedure.
Prevent Briding Effect and Scar Plate Formation
The tissues that recognize the mesh pore linings as a foreign substance will encircle them via adhesion. Pore sizes of at least 1 mm must be maintained to prevent a bridging effect- which induces a scar plate formation.
Tensile strength and Adhesion
The pressure on the cogs gets dispersed to the mesh that surrounds the entire central thread. Cogs act as an assistant, so that the tissue adhesion through the mesh happens quickly after the procedure.
Strand Equilibrium of Tension
Mesh-Penetrating Strands are responsible for the overall tensile strength of the suture via dispersion of forces. These forces apply to the strand and does not influence the mesh in any measure.
Deployment Method - Zig Zag Technigue
Because the cog direction changes towards the opposite direction, the mesh scaffolds can strongly and effectively prevent the recurrence of tissue sagging. Multiple Insertions and Re-insertion in Zig-Zag Directions Significantly Increases the Fixation Strength and Overall Tensile Strength of the Mesh Surures.
Minimized Patient's Discomfort
Triple Parallel Positioning of the 3D meshes at the fixation area significantly increases the fixation strength. The suspension force against the gravitational pull is equally distributed into 3 segments, leading to reduction in patient's discomfort.
WHY TESS?
01
FLEXIBLE AND EASY MANIPULATION
entral barbed suture is there to penetrate the mesh while mesh does all the functions.
